A popular breakfast dish in Mexican cuisine. scrambled eggs finely chopped tomatoes jalapeños and onions lightly fried together in a hot skillet.
HUEVOS con TOCINO (bacon)

Scrambled eggs bacon, melted cheese topped with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, sour cream and pickled jalapeños.

HUEVOS con POBLANO

2 Scrambled eggs sauteed with poblano peppers topped with sour cream. 

HUEVOS CON FRIJOLES

Scrambled eggs and beans, topped with queso fresco, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.  Side of salsa verde.

HUEVOS DIVORCIADOS (divorced eggs) {with green and red salsa}

2 over easy eggs served over 2 lightly fried corn tortillas each with its own salsa divided by pinto beans and queso fresco atop.

MOLLETES CON FRIJOLES Y QUESO

Common breakfast in Mexico City. 2 slices of toasted Mexican bread with a spread of pinto beans melted Chihuahua cheese and fresh pico de gallo atop.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS

2 Lightly fried flat tortilla shells, topped with refried pinto beans, 2 over easy eggs, avocado, fresh red or green salsa and melted cheese.

CHILAQUILES

A traditional Mexican peasant dish of fried tortillas bathed in green or red salsa. Slightly tart green salsa is preferred in Mexico City.  Topped with Chihuahua cheese fresh cheese 2 over easy eggs and pinto beans.

HUEVOS CON BISTEK (steak and eggs)

Tender skirt steak, topped off with 2 eggs & a side of beans.  Your choice of tortillas.  $18

Cheese, scrambled eggs, pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, and your choice of meat. 

$15 Add steak, chicken, ground beef, or rice. +$5

Breakfast Nachos

Topped with pinto beans, melted  cheese, sour cream and two over easy eggs. Add steak or chicken +$4.
